Nawader Perfumes provides delivery services within Kuwait and international shipping to selected destinations through trusted delivery and courier partners.

Shipping Within Kuwait

Orders delivered within the State of Kuwait are generally prepared and shipped within two business days from the date the order is accepted and payment is confirmed by Nawader Perfumes.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on:

  • The customer’s delivery location.

  • Order volume.

  • Product availability.

  • Courier schedules.

  • Public holidays or exceptional circumstances.

Our customer service or delivery team may contact you to confirm the address or arrange a suitable delivery time.

International Shipping

Orders delivered outside the State of Kuwait are shipped through Aramex or another approved international courier partner.

The order will generally be prepared and handed over to the courier within two business days from the date the order is accepted and payment is successfully confirmed.

Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier, the customer will receive the available tracking details and may monitor the shipment through the courier’s tracking service.

International delivery time depends on the destination country, customs procedures, courier operations, and local delivery conditions.

Order Processing

Orders are processed according to the following conditions:

  • Payment must be successfully completed or confirmed.

  • The order is subject to review and acceptance by Nawader Perfumes.

  • Shipping timelines begin from the date the order is accepted, not necessarily from the date it was submitted.

  • Orders placed outside regular working hours may be processed on the following business day.

  • Orders containing unavailable products may be delayed, modified with the customer’s approval, or cancelled and refunded.

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or unclear delivery information may delay processing and delivery.

Nawader Perfumes may contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp to verify order or delivery information before dispatch.

Shipping Fees

Shipping and delivery fees may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location.

  • Destination country.

  • Package weight and dimensions.

  • Selected delivery method.

  • Courier service charges.

  • Customs or remote-area fees.

Any applicable shipping fee will normally be displayed during checkout or communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.

Free delivery offers, when available, are subject to the terms and minimum order value stated in the relevant promotion.

Tracking Your Order

For international shipments, tracking information will be provided once the order has been handed over to Aramex or the selected courier company.

Tracking updates are controlled by the courier and may not appear immediately after the shipping label is created.

For delivery within Kuwait, tracking availability depends on the delivery partner used for the order. Customers may contact our support team for delivery updates.

Customs Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges:

  • Are determined by local customs authorities.

  • Are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated.

  • Are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Must be paid before or upon delivery when required by the courier or customs authority.

Nawader Perfumes is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, rejected clearance, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Orders

The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and remaining available to receive the shipment.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, refuses the shipment, provides incorrect information, or fails to collect the order:

  • Additional delivery or return charges may apply.

  • The courier may return the package to Nawader Perfumes.

  • Any approved refund may be reduced by the original shipping, return shipping, customs, handling, or collection charges.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Customers should inspect the package when it is delivered.

If the shipment appears damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact Nawader Perfumes as soon as possible and provide:

  • The order number.

  • Photos of the external packaging.

  • Photos or videos of the received products.

  • A description of the issue.

Claims may be rejected if the package or products are discarded, used, opened, or reported after an unreasonable delay.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Orders cannot always be changed or cancelled after they have been handed over to the courier.

  • Delivery, customs, handling, and return shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
