At Nawader Perfumes, customer satisfaction is important to us. You may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order, provided that the product remains unused and in its original condition.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

The request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
The original invoice must be presented when returning or exchanging the order.
Products that have been opened, used, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted.
Nawader Perfumes reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund or exchange.

For orders delivered within Kuwait, you may return the products directly to our store at the address below.

You may also contact our customer service team to arrange for a representative to collect the returned order. Additional collection and transportation charges may apply.

Approved refunds for orders delivered within Kuwait will be returned to the original payment method after deducting delivery and collection charges, where applicable.

For payments made using a KNET card issued in Kuwait, the refund is generally processed within two business days after the return has been approved.

Orders Outside Kuwait

For orders delivered outside Kuwait, the customer may return the products to the address listed above or contact our customer service team for return shipping instructions.

The customer is responsible for:

All return shipping costs.
Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges associated with the return.
Ensuring that the returned products are securely packaged.
Ensuring that the products arrive at Nawader Perfumes in the same condition in which they were originally sent.

The original shipping cost paid by Nawader Perfumes to the courier company will be deducted from the refundable order amount.

The remaining approved refund amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Refunds made to Visa, Mastercard, or cards issued outside Kuwait may take up to 14 business days, depending on the issuing bank and payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for:

Opened or used perfumes, oud oils, boukhor, saffron, or fragrance products.
Products with damaged or missing packaging.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
Products returned after the 24-hour return period.
Products purchased as part of a final sale or non-returnable promotion, where clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Important Notes

Delivery, shipping, collection, customs, and handling charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used to complete the order.
The processing time of the refund may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Nawader Perfumes reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
